Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased online
If you're not completely satisfied with your molinegreen.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us by the "Return by" date on your invoice.
The "Return by" date is usually about 45 days after your order date. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Our return and exchange policies include
- You have 45 days to return or exchange your merchandise
- The customer pays the shipping costs for returns and exchanges
- Merchandise must be in its original format
- If an order arrives and it isn’t what was on the original invoice, molinegreen.com will pay the shipping
- If molinegreen.com has made a mistake in shipping customer merchandise, the customer will receive molinegreen.com coupons to make up for our error
Damaged merchandise upon arrival
All items that leave molinegreen are in top condition. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing.

Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange or molinegreen Gift Card for the current price of the item(s). Don't worry, we won't tell the gift giver!
