How do I know you’ve received my order?
When we receive your order, you'll see an Order Confirmation page. This page will contain your unique order number.
You will also receive an Order Confirmation email message. The Order Confirmation email includes a summary of your entire order, the shipping method, and shipping address.
International Customs Duties
MolineGreen.com is NOT responsible for international customs duties. Rates and governments will vary widely, but international customers WILL be expected to pay international customs duties upon package arrival. MolineGreen.com is in no way responsible for these duties, as they are remitted to the home country.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Notification email. In addition, you can check the status of an order by clicking on Order Info link at the top of any page on our site. Once your order has shipped, you will be able to see the detailed tracking information from the shipping carrier.
How do I track an order?
You can check the status of a current molinegreen.com order by clicking on the Order Info. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order Info page, where you'll see orders from the past 14 days. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.
On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, and payment details. You'll also see the current status, details from the shipping carrier’s tracking service for each package (if applicable), and any return or exchange information.
Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In these cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
What happens if the status of an item changes?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock and is not expected back in, we will cancel the item and email you a Cancellation Notice. In such cases, if you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the item (nor will you be charged for any associated taxes). If you pre-paid in store or paid with a molinegreen Gift Card, you'll be refunded the amount of the item, plus any applicable taxes and shipping & handling charges.
Checking the Progress of Your Order
When you check the status of an order, you'll see one of the following designations:
- In Process
When you place an online order and we receive it, that order is considered "In Progress." This designation typically means that we're working to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
- Shipped
"Shipped orders" have left our warehouse. They are in the hands of one of our carriers and on their way to you (or your gift recipient). In the Shipping Details section of Order Info, you should see a tracking number that will let you chart the movement of your order.
- Partially Shipped
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes and potentially at slightly different times. For more information about a "Partially Shipped" order, click on specific line items on the Order Details page.
- Cancelled
If you cancelled an order -- and we were able to undo it before it left out of our warehouse -- its status will show as "Cancelled." There may be other reasons for an order's cancellation. In practically every case, we'll contact you via email beforehand.
